We work with leading English and European boarding schools that combine high quality academics with highly professional football training.

Students live on campus, train daily, compete in structured fixtures and gain exposure to UK/European clubs and scouting networks. These programs accept motivated male and female players (depending on what program) of school age, with academic entry based on each school’s requirements. No professional experience is needed, just commitment, ability, and a desire to develop both on the pitch and in the classroom.

Looking to combine high-level football with academic or career ready education in Europe’s top footballing countries? Through Harcus Consultancy Group, student-athletes can access elite academies offering both football and study pathways.

At places like Steven Gerrard Academy, Fleetwood Town International Football Academy, Tranmere Rovers International Academy and many others (UK), players work toward qualifications such as a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports and much more. Students train under UEFA licensed coaches, playing in youth leagues, and preparing for semi-professional, professional, or further-education pathways.

In Spain, IDA Valencia, FC Malaga City Academy offers players residential intensive training and many academic courses, full-time professional-style training, competitive fixtures and educational support via partnered international schools, including university pathways in the USA and opportunities into professional football in Spain. Inter Gijón is a female only program in Spain, combing football coaching, residence, academics and more with its main focus on the women's game.
