Whats the Youth Player Pathway? (10 Years to 18 Years old)
Harcus Consultancy Group provide Youth Player opportunities in football. We provide assistance for Youth Players working towards, potentially, going into Professional football. Our services for youth players can begins as early as ages 10+, ending at 18/19 years old.
If you are older that 18-19 years old, we suggest you look at our pathway designed for older players. This covers all aspects relating to Adult Player Pathways, If you are looking for programs and services for players younger than 18 to 19 years or old, then read on.
It must be stated very early on, there is never any guarantee that players will make it into the professional game. We are, however, able to provide players with the best possible opportunities to make their dream a reality. As well as this, we are able to provide academic support and give Youth Players all the tools, on and off the pitch, to assist them in potentially joining the world of professional football.We will provide Youth Players through working with parents & guardians and our global network of coaches, scouts and intermediaries honest, impartial, qualified (and in some cases brutally honest) feedback.
We are not in the business of "selling dreams" and nor are we in the business of working with Youth Players who are unsure if they want to go into the professional game or not. Introductory Discussion
This Introductory Discussion (online via Zoom or Skype) allows potential players to speak with our qualified staff to discuss the potential options they have and learn more about Harcus Consultancy Groups products and services open to them.

Online Workshop on Presenting yourself to clubs & more
By assisting players and advising them of their opportunities, we are able to tell players honest and qualified feedback. We do not believe that it is in the best interests to tell players that they will make it into the professional game, when indeed we believe that they wont. However, it is also worth noting that several players have been told in the past that they will not "make it" but have, indeed, gone on to be a success.With this in mind, we can provide you a detailed breakdown of what is required, along with the necessary supporting documents, information and advice in order to help give young players the best possible opportunities. We are able to provide an online consultancy discussion that can be purchased as a package, or each be broken down into the individual aspects, depending on your needs, as shown below.
These online consultancy sessions are broken down into three 30 minute discussions ($30USD per session) covering topics such as:

- Player Education
- Player Opportunities
- Specific Questions & Consultancy

Residential School Programs & College Pathway USA & Europe
Youth Players who receiving an academic education, while playing football increase their chances of going into professional football. It is of paramount importance that players receive an academic background, as well as playing and training as often as possible.
Working with Academic institutions, across Europe, Asia & the USA we can provide residential (boarding) opportunities, to train/play and attend school, full time, throughout the academic school year. We can also offer collage/university places in the USA & in the UK.

Subscribe to receive 24+ Showcase/Trials per Year
Harcus Consultancy Group have an extensive list of clubs and academies across the the world who hold Showcases/Trials for players to enter their academies and in some cases enter professional football. With this package, we will provide players with a minimum of 24 showcase/trails per year for players to attend. Once payment is made to us, one of our agents will contact you and provide you with our application, for to better understand your needs, desires and any particular specifications.

Agency/Intermediary Services (16 years old upwards)
As a Harcus Consultancy Group player client, once players have been successful in being identified by a club (or in some cases still seeking a club), we will be able to guide and advise player clients throughout the contractual process with the club. Legally, in order to act as a player intermediary/agent, players must be 16 years or older. We can advise and assist parents/guardians before this.
In addition to this, we will be able to assist the player client while at the club (16+), working as a Player Liaison throughout your time at the club.
Finally, Harcus Consultancy Group will act on your behalf to secure sponsorship endorsements, in the form of "boot deals" and more.
*Please note, these are dependent of the contract we have arranged with the club and the player client combined.
Youth Team Trials - For Clubs/Soccer school/Academies
We understand that sometimes coaches, soccer schools, clubs and academies may have more than just a player they would like to be assessed by one of our scouts/intermediaries/agents, with the potential of them moving into professional football, or at the very least moving into a professional player pathway. Harcus Consultancy Group can provide experienced and qualified agents /intermediaries /scouts to visit your club to watch either a team, or in some cases the entire club/soccer school/academy training and playing competitive matches. It can be very costly for football clubs/soccer schools/academies to send all of the players to one of our showcase/trials. As a result, we can send one of our representatives to visit your club/soccer school/academy. From this, your players can be assessed, each player submitted to the process will receive a player CV (detailed above) and identified players with potential will be offered intermediary services and a potential pathway into professional football.
Harcus Consultancy Group representatives costs are outlined and detailed as follows
(all to be paid by client/club etc):
- $1000USD per day (maximum of 6 hours a day)
- All flights & travel
- All food and expenses
- Accommodation (3 star upwards)
Services includes:
- 1x Coaching Session (per day)
- Player Pathway presentation
- Player Scout Presentation
- Understanding Intermediaries presentation
- Match-day & Training observation
- Additional service of Player CV ($20USD per player)
